Color Kit is provided free, as-is, for anyone to use. By using it you accept these terms.

Acceptable use

Use the tools for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the service or misrepresent it as your own.

No warranty

The colour maths aims to be accurate and is verified against reference values, but the tools are provided without warranty of any kind. CMYK output in particular is a screen approximation — for print production use an ICC-profiled workflow.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Color Kit and its author are not liable for any damages arising from use of the site.

Changes

These terms may change; continued use after a change means you accept it.
